In today’s episode I’m talking to Jack a teenager who grew up in Peru and now lives in Queensland, Australia. We discuss growing up in Peru and how incredible his childhood was there. How he dealt with the tragedy of his mothers death, his father living in another country and moving to Australia to start a new life. He shares his views on what its like to live in Australia, being a man and why he was challenged by feeling like he needed to conform.

I’m a 50-year-old man who’s seen a lot of life. I’m a son, brother, father, friend, pleaser/giver and genuinely nice guy. I’ve changed jobs many times in the search of finding meaning and living a fulfilled life. I’ve moved to a new country; I’ve been married and divorced and experienced trauma. I strive to push myself and be the best version of me. I have struggled with a lack of self-belief and confidence but I’m learning to deal with that. After 50 years I’ve learn't to love myself by observing how I am in the world, the way I think and react. This has profoundly changed my life. I’m grateful every day for what I have. My life is full of rich experiences and people that have helped guide and shape the person I’ve become. I’ve learn't to know who I am and know what I want.
